Every dealership you refer earns you 20% of their plan price back on every billing cycle, paid in your own currency, for as long as they stay subscribed. Stack a few referrals and your Automo bill effectively drops to $0. No caps on how many dealers you can refer.
Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can switch your plan at any time from your account settings. When you switch, your current billing cycle ends and a new one begins immediately on the new plan. Please note that any remaining days on your current billing cycle are not refunded or prorated — the unused portion of your current plan is forfeited. For this reason, we recommend switching plans one day before your billing cycle renews to get the most value from your current subscription.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges of any kind. The price you see on the pricing page is the price you pay. You can get started on your own using our intuitive interface and built-in help resources. If you need assistance with data migration or advanced configuration, our team can provide that as a paid service upon request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and RuPay through our payment partner Razorpay. UPI payments are also supported. All payments are processed securely, and you will receive an invoice for every billing cycle. There are no additional processing fees beyond the stated subscription price.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, you save when you choose annual billing on any paid plan. Annual plans also include a free custom domain and 1 domain email address as bonus features. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
Is there a free trial?
Yes, every new dealer starts with a 14-day free trial that includes full access to all features. No credit card is required to sign up, and you can explore inventory management, lead tracking, deal processing, the website builder, and all other tools during the trial period. At the end of the 14 days, you can choose the plan that best fits your dealership or simply let the trial expire with no charges.
Do you provide website customizations?
Automo does not offer modifications to the existing website templates. All themes are provided as-is and can be configured through the built-in settings panel — including your logo, brand colors, images, content, and page layout options. If you need a fully custom, standalone website design built from scratch for your dealership, our team can provide that as a paid service. Contact us to discuss your requirements and get a quote.
